How far ahead should I book?

As early as you can. Weekends in December and wedding season fill first. Send your date through the form and we will confirm availability.

Do you travel outside my area?

We serve the areas listed above. Other areas may be possible with a travel fee. Ask us.

What do you need at the venue?

A level spot of about 3 by 2 metres, a power point nearby and shade if possible. We bring our own ice.

Can I supply my own alcohol?

Yes. Choose Dry Bar Hire or The Essential Experience and we will pour what you provide.

Can you create a custom menu?

Yes. We can name cocktails after the couple, birthday star or company, and match colours to your theme.

How many bartenders will I need?

About one bartender for every 50 guests. We will advise when you send your guest count.

Do you serve non-drinkers?

Yes. Our mocktail menu lets guests build their own drink from juice, soda and garnish.

How do I secure my date?

We confirm your quote and take a deposit. The balance is due before the event.
